Buick is a brand on the rise thanks to its impressive level of comfort features and affordable pricing. The entry-level luxury brand offers a variety of stylish vehicles set to appeal to drivers of all ages. The combination seems to be working wonderfully if Buick’s June sales are anything to go by.
June’s sales mark the closing of the first half of 2017 and the numbers are quite telling, especially for Buick. The brand saw a massive 16.4 percent increase in overall sales thanks in part to its SUV lineup. In all, the brand sold 19,299 vehicles in June alone.
The Buick Envision, a small luxury SUV, saw a massive spike in sales with 5,007 units sold in the month of June. That’s nearly a 250 percent increase in sales year-over-year. The first half of 2017 saw 22,620 units sold compared to just 1,526 units this time last year.
The Buick Encore held strong as well with 6,563 units sold. That’s just shy of an eight percent increase for June. 42,331 Buick Encore SUVs have been sold in 2017, marking a 16.2 percent increase compared to the same time last year.
